We will need to know the location of your car, the type of vehicle you have, year, make, model, color, license plate, the address and business of where your car is being towed, what is wrong with the vehicle, your phone number and how you are paying.

No, you do not need to be with the vehicle to get a tow as long as you leave the keys with the car and let us know how you are paying. (Example: You are paying by check but are unable to meet the driver, our dispatchers would calculate the mileage and should be able to give you the price therefore you may leave the check in the vehicle along with the keys, common places keys are left are: under the floor mat, above the visor, in the gas flap, in the ignition, on the tire.) You just need to let our dispatchers know where you will be leaving the key.
